As most of you know Jenny and I were in a serious car accident on June 25th. We were returning from our midwife appointment in Dunnville when a driver blacked out behind the wheel on highway 3. He swerved into our lane and I was barely able to maneuver our car out of a head on collision. Thanks to the Lord's goodness my wife (who was three days overdue with our first child) and I are just fine and so is the baby. It was a long day at the Dunnville hospital and despite a few scrapes i received from the airbag and a bit of stiffness we are certainly feeling fortunate. Here is a shot of our car taken today as we went to clean the rest of our belongings out. Thanks again for everyones concerns and especially your prayers! p.s. we're now 10 days overdue and still no baby...

Close Call
