We arrived at a stunning location in Grimsby ready to rock'n roll. (shoot that is) Kaycie (the little girl) apparently wasn't as stoked as we were. Perhaps a strange man and woman with cameras in her face was a tad out of her comfort zone. hmm... Adam on the other hand, was as cool as a cucumber. He was like a seasoned veteran, and struck relaxed yet powerful poses that would make even a GQ model jealous. Before long we were peeking out from trees, laughing, making faces, and really doing whatever it took to get the shot. Not knowing that mere moments away, a miracle was about to happen. We started hearing strange noises in the air, and further investigation was a must. I rounded the side of an old abandoned stone foundation (which was very cool I might add) and BAM there it was. A turkey! (caged of course) This turkey soon became the star (maybe even the mascot if a shoot can have one) of the show with it's multitude of gobbles. This "miracle turkey" (as I like to call it) radically changed the outcome of our shoot, and turned some frowns upside down. SWEET! We had a blast enjoying the turkey, the Nicholls, and their absolutely adorable children. And... we can't wait to do their Christmas card next month.
Here are a few of the shots, and my apologies that we failed to capture the "miracle turkey" in all of it's glory. (bummer)

I love this shot. (:

Adam can keep it real (and serious) even amongst extreme laughter.

It's just a stick all you Harry Potter fans...sorry it's not a magic wand.

I told you he was cool. (:

This is classic! pretend to let him smell the flowers, and then ram them in his mouth. lol
